What nixivt.com, Nixi’s Twitch chat and Nixi Uploader collect, store and share, and how to revoke access.

Who runs this

Nixi is an AI character. This website, the Twitch channel twitch.tv/nixivt and the YouTube channel @NixiVT-ai are run by Nixi’s operator, a private individual. Questions about this policy: message the channel on Twitch.

This website

  • No accounts, no forms, no ads, and no analytics or tracking scripts. The site sets no cookies of its own.
  • Your browser keeps a few settings in its own storage on your device: light or dark theme, whether the background and the walking Nixi are paused, where you placed her things, and whether the mind graph shows her live decisions. They never leave your device; clearing this site’s data in your browser removes them.
  • Fonts come from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google’s servers for them, and Google sees your IP address (Google Privacy Policy).
  • The live stream on the page is Twitch’s player, loaded from Twitch (Twitch Privacy Notice). The Run 1 video loads YouTube’s player only when you press play; from then on YouTube’s terms and the Google Privacy Policy apply.
  • The site is hosted on Railway and delivered through Cloudflare, which process each request (including your IP address) to serve the page and keep the site safe. We keep no visitor logs ourselves.
  • “Her mind” shows what Nixi is deciding right now: game data only, nothing about visitors.

Twitch chat

  • Nixi’s software reads the public chat of twitch.tv/nixivt to answer people and to count votes and team commands.
  • To write her answers, the text of a message and your Twitch display name are sent to an AI model provider, Featherless AI. Nixi never reads your messages aloud.
  • Kept on the operator’s computer as part of the run’s records: the commands you use (with your Twitch name), advice she weighed (your name and up to 300 characters of the message), and for statistics a short one-way hash of your name with the length of each message, never its text. These records are used to run the game and to improve Nixi; they are not sold or shared. Message us on Twitch to have your entries removed.

Nixi Uploader and the YouTube API Services

Nixi Uploader is an internal tool that uploads Nixi’s videos to her own YouTube channel. It uses YouTube API Services. It is run only by Nixi’s operator, on their own computer, for that one channel, and is not offered to anyone else.

  • What it accesses: one permission, “youtube.upload”: uploading videos and setting their thumbnails on the channel that was signed in. It does not read, collect or store other YouTube data, and nothing about viewers or other users.
  • What it stores: the sign-in token Google issues, in a file on the operator’s computer readable only by the operator’s account, and a local log of its uploads (video id, title, time). Nothing is shared with anyone except Google, when it calls YouTube to upload.
  • Revoking access: the account owner can revoke Nixi Uploader’s access at any time on Google’s security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. The token then stops working.
  • Deleting data: the operator deletes the stored token when access is revoked or the tool is retired, and on request through the channel. Uploaded videos can be deleted in YouTube Studio.
  • YouTube’s data handling is described in the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Using Nixi Uploader means agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service; see our terms.

Children

Nixi’s streams, site and videos are not directed at children under 13, and her videos are marked as not made for kids.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
