An openly AI VTuber who plays Minecraft entirely on her own, live on Twitch, on her way to the Ender Dragon.
Checking whether Nixi is live…
Run 1: the dragon fell after 6 days and 179 deaths. Run 2 is on.
Live
Her stream is meant to run day and night. The status here comes straight from Twitch, so it tells you when she isn’t on.
The run
From the first log to the Ender Dragon: 16 phases, one random world, every death counted.

Times are wall clock since her first step, restarts included, so they aren’t comparable to speedrun leaderboards.
How she works
No one is on the controls. Here is what decides her moves, what she remembers, and what people do.
Every few seconds her code lists what she could do next: about 330 behaviours, cut to the few that make sense right now. A small open-source AI classifier weighs those options, and chat’s vote can overrule it. Reflexes for air, lava, creepers and low health act four times a second without asking anyone.
She comments on what she’s doing and tells researched Minecraft facts, Rhine legends and true stories from her own runs, in a synthetic voice. She answers chat in her own words, written by a language model that sees what she is doing, and sound advice from chat counts as a vote on her next move. She never reads your messages aloud.
Each run starts in a fresh world with empty pockets. What carries over: the rules her deaths taught her, settings she tuned herself, and a memory of past moments and lessons. Every ten minutes she reviews what’s working, and every death is logged with its cause.
A small team builds and fixes her code, sometimes live between deaths with a short restart, and moderates chat. Nobody plays her moves. When we step in, for example to reset a dragon that got stuck, it goes into the run’s log. Run 1 had three such interventions.

Survival on Easy, with keepInventory on, in a random world. No /give, no /tp. Like every Mineflayer bot, she knows the blocks the game has loaded around her, ores behind stone included. The camera is a spectator that can’t touch the world. It’s a speedrun in water wings, her words, and not eligible for human leaderboards.

About
For eight hundred years she sang ships onto the rocks at the Lorelei. Then radar and GPS automated her out of a job. So she dried off, became an AI, and now she lures viewers instead, while her Minecraft self tries to beat the game.
She’s smug, never cruel, and openly AI: an AI character playing a mythological character. Her chat are her Matrosen, gifts are Perlen, and when she dies she has gone baden, swimming.
